Today, many young people across the Asia region face significant challenges, including unemployment, educational disruptions, and inadequate healthcare. These issues may not always affect young people directly but are prevalent in the communities where they live.

The global pandemic has exacerbated these problems, yet it has also spurred a rise in youth leadership. This growing leadership has become crucial for building community resilience. During this unprecedented time, we observed young people playing a vital role in community-level interventions, highlighting the urgent need to harness the potential of this key resource.
This belief in the power of youth inspired the creation of YOUTHive Nepal. We are committed to fostering a world built on kindness, love, and care, where young people are central to development and where the true essence of youth leadership is embraced and practiced.
